Photo Diary begins

First thing to do is photo of the day and yesterdays which will be this.

Yesterdays Image



This was taken at the local reservoir about 5minutes away from me. I asked my friend Jono, who I haven't seen since Christmas, if he wanted a walk round there as this was our usual thing to do before University.

Today's Image



I've hardly done anything today but I decided to take a picture of the pretty tea towel in the kitchen as I kept going in and out of there and kept glancing over.

Anyways, in other news my Mum has asked me to make her a bunting for in the garden. I have the fabric and template ready for cutting and sewing tomorrow. Will post pictures tomorrow. Here is picture of the two pretty fabrics she has chosen me to work with.



Can't wait to get started on it.

Back Home

My first day being back home in Nottingham missing The Shire (Hereford) already! The drive back was interesting as we stopped at a pick your own cherries place. The cherries were so yummy specially with fruit own grown from the garden.


I love this cute little blue colander of my mums perfect for fruit picking.

In other news I have a Summer Project to do over the holidays and it seems really interesting. What we have to do is a Photo Diary of our Summer,taking a picture each day. It can range from still life to people and places. So each day I will be taking pictures and probably post the best one on here and my flicker. The 1st being the cherries picture.

New Dress

Well tomorrow I'm heading back home tomorrow. I'm looking forward to it but am going to miss the Hereford Crew and my boyfriend but hopefully we will meet up over the Summer. Yesterday I decided to stock up on some really pretty fabrics and while I was doing that I decided to take a visit to Topshop as they had a sale on. What girl can resist!! While I was there I noticed they had the dress I wanted in the sale so I just had to try it on and ended up buying it.


It only cost me £15 instead of £35 plus student discount! Even better!

Anyways I've decided to have a couple of Summer Goals before I come back to Hereford. Here's just a few.

Taking at least one picture a day on my Fisheye Camera


Getting a poloroid camera particularly this one I love them


Making more items from my idea book

Anyways need to finish packing my uni room ready to go home.

Summer

Hereford is so nice in the Summer especially when there is nice places to visit that isn't far away like the bridge or the countryside. As seen as I am heading back home to Nottingham soon me and my boyfriend decided to take a walk by the bridge. It was such a nice day out. Here is a couple of pictures from that day.






Because it was such a nice place I dragged Lawrence, my boyfriend to come with me at sunset and I got some really pretty results.

Results

Today I got my results back for my projects I've done at uni. For all of them I got 2.2s which is good but personally I don't think so as I only just scrapped the marks but o well I am okay with them. Here is some of the pictures from the fashion shoot I did done on location.

Starbucks Caffe Creme Frappuccino I just love Starbucks in general. Need to visit it again before I go home as I won't be as close to one when I go back home

I must admit she is my inspiration and is someone who has got me started into making cute things and setting up my own shop. I just love her work and her blog.



I've had this postcard on my wall now for sometime at university from my Mum. I love my mums cards and scrapbooks. I will get her to start blogging I think. We did plan to do one together so it might happen one day. But I remember when I got this as she had just been to a craft show and basically the little postcard was her showing me her new stamp! Which I absolutely adore The image above doesn't do its justice as I just scanned it in. I think I need to buy more stamps and ink pads more instead of 'borrowing' from my Mum. Here's another card she made me. A good luck card before I left for university.

very late update

So I have been to two parties within the past 3 days!! The latest one was the underwater theme party. There was so many good outfits my housemates had good costumes heres just a few pictures from that day

Here is also a picture of my costume, dressed as the ocean, using buttons for the little fish I also made a little seahorse for my belt buckle. At first I didn't know what to do for my makeup but it came out great in the end I think. I absolutely loved my makeup and I might do a tutorial on youtube if I time.




The birthday girl made an amazing jellyfish outfit I wish I had pictures but I hardly ever got my camera but she used a purple umbrella and attached a variety of different types of purple ribbon to it. I wish I could just use it everyday!

In later news, I have just added a few more items to my shop just a couple of headbands for the time being but I hope to soon when I go to my home in Nottinham to spend a couple of days creating more items for the shop. Heres a picture of the headbands and a few other things I'm also considering to put into the shop





I also forgot to do a post yesterday as it was Fathers Day! I do love my Father so what a way to celebrate it. This year for my Dad, I didn't know what to get him as a gift so I decided to make him something which stupidly I forgot to take a picture of before I posted it. So when I go back home I will take a picture of it to show everyone. But instead here is the card I did for him instead

1 Party Down Another to Go...

Well the Disney Party was basically a success. It was really amazing to see everyone dressed up and having fun. Here is one picture of me with the mermaid version of me.

Well as it says in the title, I have yet another fancy dress party tomorrow this time the theme is under the sea. I've decided to reuse my skirt from the Disney Party, plus so I can save money. Here is a little sneaky peak at the dress



But the other amazing thing about this party is there is going to be a Bouncy Castle!!!! I really do love them and haven't been on one in ages. The Bouncy Castle below is amazing! I wonder if I could have one for my 21st

The Beginning of Something Good

I've been meaning to do this for a while now and i've finally done it yay!!!

Hopefully i'll be able to learn more for this blog like how to create widgets to link to my shop etc I am obviously new to this

I hope to show other people the things i create and photograph and maybe some tutorials i also hope to also right things from whats happened during my day and be able to use this blog as maybe a storage for memories
